Vionex Marketing Pvt. Ltd. is a digital direct selling platform where customers may place orders online through our official website www.vionexmarketing.com or pick up directly from our company office or authorized outlets. Pickup hours are Thursday to Tuesday: 11:00 AM – 07:00 PM (Closed on Wednesday). Home delivery orders can be placed via the website or at company outlets. Payment options include Cash, UPI, Debit/Credit Card, and Net Banking (for online orders via our secure payment gateway). Delivery time typically ranges between 2 to 7 business days, depending on location. Shipments are carefully inspected before dispatch. Customers are advised to check the package condition before signing the delivery note.
At Vionex Marketing Pvt. Ltd., customer satisfaction is our top priority. Products with manufacturing or packaging defects may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase (10 days for garments). Returns will only be accepted if the product is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of product receipt. Certain products such as damaged items due to misuse, altered/washed garments, or those with missing tags/invoices are not eligible for return or exchange.
Customers may cancel orders before shipment/dispatch. Cancellations can be requested through the customer’s account dashboard or by contacting our customer care team at +91-995931060 or Vionexmarketing@gmail.com. Once the product is shipped, the return/exchange policy will apply. Requests received later than five business days before the close of the current business month will be processed in the next month.
Refunds are processed once returned items are received and inspected. If approved, the refund will be credited to the customer’s user account balance or original payment method, as per request. For product returns, shipping costs and applicable deductions will be adjusted from the refund amount. Direct Seller Associates (DSAs) who resign from their distributorship may return unsold Vionex Marketing products that are unopened, unused, and resaleable with at least one year of shelf life. Within 30 days of purchase: Full refund (after deducting any incentives/bonuses paid). After 30 days: Refund will be issued after deducting bonuses/incentives and a 10% service charge.
All Direct Seller Associates (DSAs) must conduct business ethically, in compliance with company policies and applicable laws. DSAs must use their unique DSA ID in all transactions and safeguard login credentials. They are not employees or agents of Vionex Marketing Pvt. Ltd. and cannot accept payments on behalf of the company. Unauthorized use of company trademarks, promotional materials, or misrepresentation of products is strictly prohibited. The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate DSA IDs for policy violations, non-submission of KYC documents, or misconduct. In case of disputes, matters shall be referred to arbitration as per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The jurisdiction of all proceedings shall lie within the courts of [Visakhapatnam].
